How to join our classes

By this point, you would have received a lot of information about our Programs. If you have signed up for Trial classes, you should have received email and SMS confirmations along with links like below. In order to have the best experience, we recommend the following.

  • Quiet place without any distractions
  • Comfortable seating
  • Good USB headset – Don’t use ear buds
  • A Notepad and a pen
  • Water bottle
  • Use the restroom before the class
  • Join 5 mins ahead of class time

  • We use Microsoft Teams for our Classes. Teams is a software you can download or it can work from your browser as well.
  • We recommend joining from Browser for the demo classes.
  • Simply click the class link shared in the email confirmation.

  • Cancel the dialog box that is asking to download teams or open the meeting in Teams.
  • Click “Join on the web instead”
  •  You may have to open the link in “Incognito” or “PrivateBrowser” if you use Microsoft Teams already on your machine.

  • Allow Microphone and Camera.
  • We do not use Video, we will only Screenshare and Microphone but since there is only one option for both, you will have to accept that.
  • Don’t worry, you can make sure your Video is turned off before you join.

  • Please Enter the Student Name
  • Please make sure you are joining with Camera and Microphone turned off
  • You will be waiting in the Meeting lobby until the teacher accepts you in.
  • We request you join 5 mins ahead of time and wait to be admitted into the meeting.

  • Once logged in, the teacher will welcome you at which point you can unmute yourself, respond and go back on mute.
  • We request all the students to keep themselves on Mute unless they are asking/answering a question.
  • Many times Teachers have back to back classes, so teacher will stop active instruction around 50 mins into the class. If you have a quick question you can ask the teacher at that time although we highly recommend working with your customer success manager.
