Do not worry! There’s still time. 98thPercentile aims to encourage good reading habits amongst children with the Potterheads Kahoot contest. Potterheads Kahoot Details:

  1. This contest is meant for students aged 8 to 14 years residing in the United States. However, children below the age of 8 years are also eligible to participate should they so desire.
  2. Students and parents are expected to provide correct age details during the time of registration.
  3. Potterheads Kahoot is a virtual contest that will take place entirely online.
  4. Contest date is October 22, 2022. All entries for the contest will end by October 20, 2022.
  5. Students are recommended to have their Web Camera turned on at all times during the contest.
  6. Participants can dress up in distinctive Harry Potter-themed outfits for the contest, should they desire to.
  7. Once the Kahoot is over, there will be an authentication round where the top 5 participants on the Kahoot leaderboard will have to switch on their cameras and answer a set of questions to claim first place.
  8. Awards & Certificates:
    • There will be only 1 winner of the Contest. The winner will be announced on the day of the contest.
    • Winner will be awarded an Oculus Quest 2 along with a Certificate post interview with our PR Team.
    • Winner will be featured in blog interviews and digital press releases.
    • Participation certificates for all contestants.
  1. This is a Kahoot challenge. Thus, students will earn points based on speed and accuracy for every question.
  2. Please ensure a proper internet connection as this is an online contest.
  3. This contest has only one level, and no follow-up events will occur for this event, though similar challenges in various categories and subjects will be held monthly.
  4. There is NO ENTRY FEE for this contest. Potter Heads Kahoot is a free online live event.
  5. Winner must confirm their identity to receive the prize upon winning. In case the student is not able to confirm their identity, the prize will by default get shifted to the runner-up on the list.
  6. Following the contest, the winner will be interviewed by our PR team and we admit the right to publish the interviews across various channels associated with us.
  7. Participants will receive unique Kahoot IDs via SMS and email as soon as they register for the contest. The mail/SMS must be kept with care, as it will be used as a user ID for the contest.
  8. In case you do not see any communication post-registration, please check your email spam folders.
  9. Participants are requested to subscribe to our mailing list to ensure they do not miss any important communication from 98thPercentile.
  10. In case you have registered for more than one child, you will receive separate unique IDs for each of them.
  11. This is a private contest, and we possess every right to disenroll an entry if our team finds it inappropriate.
