• Any other information that you may choose to provide us in our online collaboration platform including chats, messages, calls or discussion forums.

• We may also collect some information through social media sites such as Facebook which is solely to respond to customer queries and for marketing purposes.

Provision for Minors

98thPercentile does not collect information from the minors under 13 years of age. Any information shared by the minor using parent’s account is removed as soon as it comes in our notice. We conform to the ‘Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act’ (COPPA) of 1998, and we do not seek any information from minors except their first name. Furthermore, we do not engage in any direct communication with minors other than the classroom training.

Confidentiality

We never link any external resources or websites and this privacy policy does not apply to the information gathered by any third-party applications or websites. We understand your privacy and we never share, rent, or sell your personal information to any third party for monetary gain. Our educational services require us to gather detailed personal information from our customers, but we never disclose, sell or distribute information to any third party. We are transparent in conveying whether the provision of personal information we collect is compulsory or optional. We do not store any financial information; all the payment transactions made for the use of the services are taken care by PCI DSS compliant secured third-party software such as Zoho Subscriptions and/or QuickBooks.
