**Where?** Math Kangaroo is an international competition

from grades 1-12 participate in this contest and win exciting prizes and certificates

is to spread enthusiasm about math and to recognize exceptional students for

- The exam is a multiple-choice test.
- 90 minutes is the time allotted.
- There will be 12 levels of participation, ranging from grade 1 to 12.
- The students are required to fill in the answers on a provided OMR sheet.
- There are 30 questions in the exam, while for Pre Ecolier-1 and Pre Ecolier-2, there would only be 24 questions.
- Each question will have five choices.
- For each incorrect answer, there will be a deduction of 1 mark.
- Children can carry their pens, pencils, and geometry pouches.
- No calculators will be allowed in the contest.
- Students need to score a maximum of 96 points till grade 4 and 120 points for grades above.
- Student who will score maximum marks can proceed to a second-round contest.
- The exam will take place in the students' school.
- The teachers will supervise accordingly.
- The invigilators will provide blank sheets for rough calculations
