Why cap at 3 programs? Can my child do all 4?+
Three is intentional, it's the most we can teach well while still holding the mastery bar. Beyond three, schedules thin out and the kid skims instead of mastering. Most multi-program families thrive with two; three is for focused acceleration or all-rounder development. Not a software limit, it's wisdom from years of teaching.
How many kids can I enroll on one account?+
Up to 3 children per parent account. Each child gets their own Student Success Manager, and we coordinate cohort times across the family. Bigger families, talk to us, we'll work something out.
Will I just be dealing with a chatbot, or a real person?+
A real person. Every family gets a Student Success Manager, one human who knows your child, your goals, and your schedule. Your Student Success Manager confirms placement at enrollment, then checks in monthly with results and the recommended path. You won't be passed around or stuck in a ticket queue.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. No enrollment fee to start. Term plans are pro-rated if you cancel mid-term. No cancellation fee, no lock-in.
