Frequently Asked Questions
The TED-Ed Student Talks program supports groups of students developing TED-style talks in over 100 countries. On any given day, 50,000+ students are led by educators through the process of identifying, developing and sharing their ideas. Every day, educators are incorporating TED-Ed Student Talks into existing curricula, programs and extracurricular activities in innovative ways and educators report an increase in students' confidence skills and ability to develop their original ideas, as well as development of student’s speaking, perspective-taking, empathy, cultural and global awareness skills. Students are then invited, but not required, to share their Talk with the world by uploading it to the TED-Ed Student Talks YouTube Channel. To date, we have amplified thousands of student talks.
